3 men who suddenly appeared before Cloud and attacked him. They are the remnants of Jenova, who operate according to Sephiroth’s will which has diffused into the Lifestream. There are filled with many contradictions: purity and insanity, cunning and childishness. Perfectly aware that they are simply puppets, they close in on Cloud and his friends with an overwhelming power. In their eyes Cloud, who was once a puppet just like them but escaped Jenova’s control, is nothing more than a traitor.
Their goal is vengeance on the planet which wouldn’t accept Jenova. For this end they sought to take back their “Mother,” the head of Jenova, and bring about the Reunion. Although this plan ends in failure, Kadaj’s final Reunion awakes a legend…

Ooo How very ominous. XD
For characters that only appear in one installment of the Compilation, that is… disappointingly short. I’m glad that they’re elaborating more on the trio’s characters in ACC, but I was really hoping they’d release more stuff related to them outside of the film. D:

Well, there really isn’t a lot you can say about them outside of the film because they weren’t there.
By “outside of the film”, I mean stuff like the promotional images and trailers that first appeared of them before Advent Children was originally released, which were never in the actual movie. The Reunion Files sorta counts too, if only because it elaborates beyond what was shown in the film. Yes, I am perfectly aware that they only appear in AC/ACC, and that’s what I’m dissatisfied with. 😛
I totally agree with Dramaya. It is sadly short. They appeared only in AC and ACC, still they have quite a big fan base, myself included. I guess that hoping for a sequel from Square-Enix featuring the brothers would be too much.. 🙁 They didnt deserve this fate..
