Cloud dialogue:
"I... want to understand, what am I fighting for."

Sephiroth lines:
"Accept it. I am the one who will lead you!"
"The time has come..."
"Everything returns to the planet."
"To everything, destruction..."*

This is half of his EX Burst line you hear in the video with him, and one of the sentence fragment Japanese is so fond of "Return to despair" being the first half of the line, and second meaning something like 'bring destruction to everything'.
