I think the wing is actually part of his moves, like Arsen with Joker. The wing will probably be released after a meter builds up and it will improve his strength and mobility.They did for Cloud and Bayonetta tho.

That's what it looked like to me, though doing it like Clouds downB Limit Charge also makes sense. And while I would never dream of it happening, Sephiroth is now in a silly enough world to actually give us dis pear and that makes me smile

They've cooled down on the amount of releases on amiibo, because the production is difficult for them to keep up with for some reason. They haven't done a P2 since the 2017 line (which included Cloud, Bayonetta etc) so I don't think they'll make one for Seph, but it's possible.
