I still wish we'd get a kind of remaster for VII that has tons of options you can turn off/on like 7th Heaven and bonus content like Final Threat.

I never understood the whole Huge Materia thing. This was where the story became more like a fetch quest to revisit places and the story temporarily falls apart. Shinra actually seemed to have a better idea of how to defeat Meteor but for some reason the party wants to steal it all and sabotage...

It looks like it's one person who owns and runs it, they have a Twitter account for the Citadel but it rarely posts anything. Unfortunately a lot of the links are dead now, but some still work. I stumbled on some guy's FF7 manifesto written in 2001 lol.

I've had people tell me they've never played the game because they know the twist, referring to Aeris' death, but I tell them they have no idea. The real twist comes much later in the game.

How's this project going? Any progress? I wonder if just voicing characters is enough. There's so many environmental factors on each screen that those would have to be explained too right?

That's super impressive to have discovered that on your own. It wasn't until I started watching some speedruns like 2 years ago I discovered you can run through the marsh without it catching you. It blew my mind.
