Design WAS his original job, after all. I'm sure some disgruntled fans will take his stepping down as good news lol. If I had to guess, his next KH project might be in the works. Versus XIII Hearts, bby.

Reading the entirety of the interview, while not directly stated, it feels like Nomura is indicating the next full Remake installment will be only for the PS5, doesn’t seem like they are intending to go dual generation a la-MGSV for the rest of the Remake project (especially since the Yuffie DLC is exclusive to the PS5 version).
