Was it too expensive?, Maybe they couldn't decide which name? (Turbo Grafx-16 or PC-engine) or maybe it was false advertising? (it had an 8-bit CPU and its not a PC).

Is it just me or does this remind me of Passions? Both are dramas with supernatural elements set in a small town. They also drew influences from Twin Peaks.
