There are goldmines out there in the form of those who played this game and who still have documents, screenshots and recordings on their harddrive(s) which can't be found anywhere on the web. Ergo, getting in touch with these people to ask if they are willing to share the files is of great importance.
The problem of course is that this requires translations from English > Japanese and from Japanese > English. I create this thread to see if anyone is interested in helping out. Even if you are only available to help in a brief correspondence with a single former player of the online mode, your help would be immensely appreciated and could lead to us recovering precious data that will otherwise be lost to time.
For every passing day, the likelihood of these files being forever lost increases. The sooner we can get in touch with those who experienced the multiplayer, the better. Send me a private message or post in this thread if you are interested in helping out with making these short conversations in Japanese possible.
