No idea, but that is some of the worst enunciation I've heard in a song in a long time, so I thought it would be fun to try and work the lyrics out myself.

there was also another bit in the chanting part in some other versions which is something like:

ishimoto has been working with this singer (chris ito) a lot lately, but her english (speaking, and possibly writing since she also wrote this) isn't the greatest. she's japanese/french/italian. for some of the lines it might help if you've heard a lot of bad english with japanese accents. this seems like one of those things that could be changed for a potential english version (like how they changed some of ffxiii's lyrics).
ishimoto published an image with the lyrics to utakata from ff type-0 hd before, so hopefully he (or chris ito herself) will do that for this one too/you'll just have to wait for a non-digital soundtrack

It's hard to make out most of what she says, but I really don't get the hate for this song. The cadence of her voice is trying to match the instrumentals to the Dissidia theme, and in that respect, it's quite an accomplishment.
