They look amazing. The only thing I keep thinking is that if I attempted this my entire hand would be covered in blue ink (left handed woes) XD

I cover my work with another sheet of paper if I have to rest my hand over it. I feel you bc I work in sections too. Usually gets the job done.

Which those of us who play FF14 also know as the final boss of Tam Tara Deepcroft (Normal) Galvanth the Dominator. Such a fun boss. But it makes me wonder why there isn't a Cthulhu summon yet. I mean I know Lovecraft's works are a touch esoteric, but then you have summons like Kujata which I had to go through two levels of mythology to find out about (thank goodness for Gaijin Goomba).


These works of art are incredibly amazing by the way. The precision is astonishing especially considering you are using 1-3 colors. I have never been good at the art, my sloppy hands would be, as Lex observed, covered in a ton of ink. my personal favorite is Kefka.

Edit: Something else I just noticed, the bookmark in the second kefka pic makes it look like part of his robe is popping out of the page giving it a 3D effect. Was that intentional?

I need to know where Gaijin Goomba finds all his mythology info. I'm almost never satisfied with my findings. I already knew about Kujata and Bahamut though.

Zomg I have discovered digital art! Just got Photoshop Touch on my phone and had absolutely no idea how to use it, so playing around this is what came out. Stuck it against a background and it looks like a kinda cool wood-panel painting. Two separate ballpoint drawings of Kain and a wing that I wanted to try to merge together. I invariably discovered digital painting in the process. Maybe now I can become one of those fankids on deviantart who do digital drawings :)
