I never actually thought I'd bother myself to make one of these, considering I've sort of phased myself off of the forum over the last few weeks anyway, but it's come to the point where it has to be done.

Certain situations and mistakes having been made are restricting my decisions to come to TLS. Not that it really matters to a lot of you anyway. :monster:

To my fellow Dessier's, I'm really sorry. This isn't something that needs time to get over, it's just something that needs to be done as a final. I know it's really selfish of me to just leave and end the RP, and I'm sorry. But a lot of people have left as it is, leaving us 4 less from the original party. I honestly didn't see it going for much longer after that.

Umm, so thanks for the poastcuntz gaiz and the good times while it lasted. Unless I pissed you off and vise versa. In which case, suck it. :monster:

Should you really end the RP just cause your character is no longer participating? Can't someone else mod it?

I spoke to Bex about letting her mod it and she seemed sort of reluctant to do so. Besides, it was my baby and I'd feel weird knowing someone else was directing it after I'd gone.

Hence the selfishness.

Personally, I wouldn't mind modding it since I've modded other RP communities before and I rather enjoy Dessie. But I guess if you're really that uncomfortable with it, I won't bug you. Really wish the RP part would get activity though...

Not trying to raise an ugly topic again, but hon - I made a big mistake here too, a while ago. While I still stand with my position, the point is that I introduced a topic that - would have been better left unsaid. I showed a lot of myself, and the chance I took really backfired, and badly.

Point is, while I respect your decision to leave if you really feel you must or you just want to, if it's seriously only because of a mistake - I think you may be making another one by leaving. Embarrassment kills, but not literally. Even if some people have a different 'view' of you, if you're honest about your part in things - so what about others?

Anyhow - enough with the speeches. Seriously, I wish you the best of luck, though I hope you'll give this a second thought. Take care okay?

So? we still hold majority of participants, and as we saw with Eve the rest of us are capable to taking over characters of people who left. Not to mention that the RP IS still going, the rest of us haven't given up.

I am sad to see you go however it does make me angry that you're ending the RP suddenly without giving us any actual reason. If anything how bout coming and talking to us remaining RPers via PM or MSN?

I wasn't reluctant about that, I was angry at the fact you were leaving and reluctant to say OK YOU CAN GO LOL.

Seriously, it is selfish. Who cares if 4 people left? There's still 7/8 perfectly willing, devoted people who have put their effort into writing their hearts out for it, and really enjoy what they're doing. I'm one of them, and I, for one, am not going to let Destrillians get closed because so many people enjoy it. I haven't fucking slaved writing out for the last week while I could have been doing better things - like packing for uni - for nothing. I don't care how you feel or what you think, the show must go on.

Enjoy your time with Gary, maybe take time and think before you fuck up so much that you need to leave. Seriously, learn to multitask - the rest of us do.

Sorry for sounding bitter, but it's just so disappointing and enraging to see that someone can just up stick regardless of the consequences.
