I never really expected a standalone remake of BC.
Ever Crisis is covering it anyway.

Dirge I still fully expect to get a remaster like CC.
There were interviews with both Nomura, and Tabata in 2017 that said there were no plans for CC to be rereleased.
Yet here we are, less than 5 years later.
Wouldn't be surprised if the CC Reunion team started on it after that releases.

For whatever reason they just seem to not want to give the original Before Crisis to us. Even tho we were told we would get it. A bit disappointed as a fan that we are getting crisis core instead of before crisis. I understand from a marketing standpoint. But the fans are just so majorly in love with Zack (I don’t blame them).
