Lucretia is the Roman/Latin spelling of the name, which traditionally would be pronounced loo-cray-tee-ah (by the ancient Romans), but English turned it into a softer sh sound (such as in excretion, for lack of a better example, haha) and replaced a lot of those Ts with Cs in words/names it adopted (scientia became science, for example).
