oh hey what is this its a really good horror anime that's what it is. The basic premise is: THERE IS A CLASSROOM. IT IS CURSED. IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THIS MISAKI PERSON WHO DIED TWENTY-SIX YEARS AGO! THE DUDE IN THE PIC GOES TO SAID CLASSROOM! DEATH SHENANIGANS OCCUR!

Basically, I have only seen a few horror anime, like Boogiepop Phantom and Higurashi. The feeling of this anime is a lot closer to the creepiness of BP: it's like reading a very good creepypasta with a mystery elements added.

I feel like the dead person might be Izumi or Teshigawara. ONLY BECAUSE THE LAST GUY KEEPS COCKBLOCKING VIEWERS FROM FINDING SHIT OUT BUT Izumi had a very weird dream about Sakakibara that makes me wonder if she's really alive if she knew him earlier but he doesn't remember it?

Also I want to know about this thing a year and a half ago. What happened? His dad mentions it once and he hasn't brought it up since. HMMM

Friends switched it for Mirai Nikki in our weekly animu watching. Have not regretted the switch.

She's not yandere. Woman is full on broken psychologically. But the show's awesome.

We were in the mood for more action. I'm sure Another gets good, but after like three weeks of nothing culminating in dumbest death ever (tm) we wanted something with a bit more punch to it.

Though I was mistaken, actually, we switched Another for Fate/Zero, not Nikki. Nikki was already on the regular rotation.

... I would say that Yuno is definitely Yandere. The fact that she's mentally insane doesn't change that fact. (Most Yandere characters ARE insane - stalkers, anyway =P)

Watched this since it aired but missed the last two weeks eps due to my new job. Anyway from the get go I always assumed te person who was dead was the class president. I can't remember his name but his conversation about "knowing" everything about one o his classmates just kinda sat wrong.That said since I have missed two weeks of EPA chances are he is dead now lol

Been waiting for it before it came out, been watching every episode as they come. I'm liking it quite a lot.

Mirai Nikki, too. But I read the manga already, so the surprise effect is not there.

As for Another theories, I have the feeling the dead person is not a student. We have been seeing this year's curse is different, in terms of whatever they do, it doesn't change shit. Two inexistent students, and nothing changes. I just don't know, it's a feeling. I used to think Izumi's the one, but...

I dunno, the entire curse thing is based around the desk thing. They count out the correct number at the end of each term for the new class and by start of next there is another which implies heavily it has to be a student.

yeah I was pretty sure that the dead person had to be a student as well. At least, that's what all the conversations with the librarian implied. Plus Mei said they were on the trip with them and she knew who it was. That'd mean it was either one of the students, or one of the teachers that came along (though the librarian seems unlikely since he's not directly related to the class).

But Yandere is just... not enough. She's progressed so far beyond yandere it's like saying Kefka's unbalanced. Sure, it's true, technically, but it fails to capture the whole truth.

the translation's a bit shoddier than the anime is tho. like they mistranslated 26 for 36 (WHO DOES THAT) and reiko went to school 14 years ago instead of 15, and sakakibara is sakakiba for no discernible reason

i had already decided from episode 10-11 that ms mikami was the extra and then i spoiled myself regarding it but still it was really good. i enjoyed the anime thoroughly. though i dont know why he said 'goodbye reiko, goodbye mother'
