John Bonham-I mean seriously, he's in Led Zeppelin. that says it all.

Stewart Copeland-The Police were the first band that I ever like and wanted to listen to all the time. My dads also very into jazz so... thre you go.

Mitch Mitchell-RIP. His snare fills are INSANE!!!

Dave Grohl-I love dave grohl. I base most of my playing off of Dave Grohl. This may be cheap but... Come on hes dave grohl.

Brann Dailor of Mastodon- Amazing drummer, I like the way he fuses jazz and metal style drumming together.

Chris Pennie of The Dillinger Escape Plan- His drumming on Calculating Infinity was fucking awesome.

Also fire, get out of the fucking 80's. You're just as bad as meteo.

I'd say its a bit of a challenge when you first start off, but once you got the basics it's just all about experimenting really. When ever I get my own drum set i'd rather make my own stuff than play others songs, unless it's for practice.
