Anyone know what Movie this is?

I watched it when I was a kid, these kids wanna watch their favorite movie, so they go out to the garage where their dad built a portal machine and thinking its a tv, pop in their movie. They get sucked into it and have to help the 2 dinosaur heroes beat the evil rex or whatever. it had guys in dinosaur suits doing kung fu.

In retrospect it wasn't the best movie I'd seen.

holy shit thats it. it looks even shitter than I remember. And give me a break, I was like 7 at the time, and it was dinosaurs doing kung fu. how could that not be entertaining?
