Architectural model of a FF town or city

I've always wanted to make a model of one of the towns or cities of the final fantasy worlds, but am having trouble deciding what city to do exactly. I'm not really interested in the cities from FF1-4, only because most of them look relatively the same. But I don't want to do something like Midgar, as it's more difficult to make Mako reactors out of chipboard and stuff.

I was thinking about ffX Bevelle, or one of the ff12 towns, which are pretty lengthy tasks as well but seem more doable to me. So I'm wondering what you guys think and what would be a cool model to do?

My mind has gone a bit blank, all I can think off right now is FFVIII's Dollet, and FFIX's Lindlblum....which is probably more ambitious than doing Midgar or Esthar

Kalm, Nibelheim, Wutai, Dollet, Deling City, Lindblum, Burmecia, Cleyra, Alexandria and the Black Mage village are all solid choices IMO.

Obviously something like Midgar or Esthar would be amazing, but impossible.

It's such a pain finding a full shot of these towns, I do like Lindblum though..I like the idea of doing Bhujerba too(plus I actually have a good picture of it)

I once made a Lindblum out of sand, on the beach.

Of course, I was just a kid, but it was still cool. I basically made a huge hole but I left the center intact. Then I started making tiny "building-like" structures on the sides, and finally build more building-like structures in the middle. It was great. Sad it was abandoned when I left the beach that day

No... I never take the camera with me at the beach!! Also, the way I describe it, it sounds amazing. It wasn't. I mean it was huge, I give you that. But what I call buildings would not look like normal buildings. More like the Ancient City (FFVII) kind of strange-shaped buildings? I mean, it was just sand after all, and I was a kid

While Lindblum would be fantastic, that seems a Midgar- or Esthar-sized undertaking to me. I think Fisherman's Horizon would be a cool pick. Challenging enough in design to be fun without being an unmanageable size.

FFVIII and FFXII had the most awesome towns of the series, bar none.

Oerba, Treno, and Midgar are some of my all time favorite cities. Oh, Deling City and Cleyra aren't bad at all either.

I think I'm going to go with Bhujerba. It's harder than I thought to find a full view on most of these towns, and Bhujerba's not overly complex.

Most recent architectural piece, I will get working on bhujerba asap though, I had to do this for a scholarship.
