What?This is a forum it thrives on opinions , we dont sit here copy and pasting facts from wikipedia as responses to posts every day. Whether your talking about someone or dragon ball z its an opinion , im posting an opinion right now im evul.

I just wish you'd take into account how other people are feeling/responding to your actions. Oversensitive or not, people deserve better than rudeness.

Good point but the last thing they should do is putting there pic on the net , especially if there seaking sensitivity and non-rudeness. Its going to happen eventually.

Perhaps if you put yourself in the other person's shoes for once, you would understand at least an inkling of what I'm speaking about.

I got rid of that whole post; it's all changed (and then I see five answers after it.)

I changed it because, yeah - pretty much - I realized that I'm not willing to get into debates and fights over something stupid.

Someone had an opinion, big whoop. It could've been worse, even though I still feel it was rude.

Oh well, life goes on and I've got other things to worry about. *shrug*

So, let's say I miswrote myself all together in that post.

I just feel Porn's posts have been one sentence opinions that - just do not take the discussion anywhere. It's not just the picture discussion thread, it's been elsewhere too. Though, honestly, I cannot recall other threads at this moment...

Now, I'm hesitating here, because - I guess I screwed up on this thread too. Sometimes it takes me to write things out or talk things out before I can really clearly see them... I still believe my opinions for the most part, but stating them will get us no where.

I can't really blame Porn for something he said to me because I asked (speaking about the picture discussion thread.) I think he was being over-the-top in his response, but at the same time, I asked... *shrug* :-\

Right now I just feel mellow, perhaps numb is more correct. It's his opinion, he's entitled to it anywhere he goes, but I just feel he's being rude about it. That's all. I have to live with that because I do ty to be a person who does not shun the truth.

This seems to have finally resolved itself so I'll just post my two cents here which will sum how we look at "expressing opinions."

No one cares that you want to express your opinion or talk about it, or whatever.

But the minute you decide to take time out of your life to post something rude, obnoxious, asshole-ish, dickish, or the other 100 words to describe generally being a mean person, someone's gonna step in from staff. That's just how we work.

Everyone here is supposed to be able to post without fearing getting a cock up their ass. Seriously, V's words summed it up best. If you don't have anything nice to say, or you feel that what you may say may just piss someone off...

Don't say it. I mean really. It's not a hard concept to post by. Be nice, and nice things will come your way.

As for moderators, I really cannot stress that we need to be PROFESSIONAL. We don't have to be Stepford Wives but for god's sake, let's act like we have these positions for a reason. Be respectful. Honest, but respectful.

That's really all I have to say.

Honestly, the warnings themselves are justified, the only thing that's really to be contested is the manner in which they where delivered. As long as that's kept out of the equation, it's all good I suppose.
