Its still leagues better than super saiyan 4. Or any of the fanmade super saiyan forms for that matter.

What this form is supposed to be is the basic super saiyan form merged with super saiyan god energy. Sort of a hybrid state.

I think my biggest problem with it is I don't think I've seen that color anywhere in dbz before, and it just feels out of place to me.

I think it would have been much more terrifying for the Z fighters if Cell returned. If he trained enough he could probably outclass Golden Frieza, and he even knows all of the Z fighters tricks and history...he could pick them off in their sleep.

Makes me wonder what would happen if Perfect Cell absorbed Android 17 and 18 again.

I doubt/hope we won't be doing any villain revivals after this one. The only reason this one happened is because Toriyama heard F by Maximum The Hormone and decided he really liked it.

I'd rather see somebody from one of the other dimension mentioned back in BOG for our next big bad.

To be fair, that particular ability to rewind time is established much earlier in the film, so at least it doesn't come completely out of nowhere. Still kinda lame, but not as bad as it could have been.
