Endless Concoction??? [Fake]

I was just shown what appears to be a scan from famitsu and as you can see it has a large FF7 Logo with the words Endless Concoction under it, also is mentioning the ps3.

I dunno what to make of it, is this an announcement of our long awaited after Dirge game or a fake?

So can I get some verification on this please?

WTF? Concoction?!

I honestly don't know what to make of it either, but I'm glad(?) it's for the PS3. Whatever the hell this is.

EDIT: I don't know about the credibility of this one. "Final Phantasy", "PlayStartion 3". Sounds a bit fake to me.

If it's a fake, it's better than most since it at least looks something like a proper magazine.

Although it does look a little too strange. Why announce something new and then use an image from CC? Why does it mention Phantasy Star Online but not BC? Cloud's voice actor is different. It mentions Nomura, but then shows a picture of that guy who made Super Monkey Ball and Yakuza. Most of the text is unreadable, and some of what's where seems strange (calling Cloud a NEET?). They mispell 'PlayStation' in the logo, which I doubt Square would do.

So yeah, I don't put much faith in it
