Here are a few that come to mind as favorites anyway. Not all of them of course, but the ones that come to mind first.

Technically I wanted to just find the high affection version of this scene, but I couldn't find it without surrounding gameplay, so pretend that I only posted the first? Or watch and enjoy both? Whichever you prefer.

My number one favourite has to be Sapphire Weapon's attack on Junon.
After that, it's the Banora scenes early in Crisis Core, for no other reason than that they feature Tseng. Too bad there's no cut scenes in the OG showing us the Turks - just some battle models.

IX really does have the best, it's so great... I want to finish my replay but my PS2 broke. And I seriously do get misty eye'd seeing that part of the game every time

Just about all Final Fantasy IX's, and anything to do with the WEAPONs in VII, along with the bike.

Ragnarok: best spaceship ever.

Aeris being murdered was one of the greatest things to happen on a television.

This one, I used to save outside the Sorceress Memorial and reset the game to watch it everytime.

This one makes me feel so sad for Garnet and was such a sad but lovely way to end the second disc

Then you get this one, the music arrangement and the symbolisation of it for Garnet is just beautiful

I loved this one it spoke volumes about just how much Zidane and Garnet's relationship had blossomed over the game and for me it tells more than some of the actually romantic cutsences in other FF games

I could actually post a bunch of Vid for the FFIX cutscens all of them were fantastic actually, they're my favourite ones out of the whole series.

The Airship Battle from FF8 is sorely missing from this list, as well as every other sequence of FMVs from FFIX (Bahamut vs. Alexandria!!)

From XIII:

I remember wanting to watch this part over again immediately after seeing it during my first playthrough. Pretty freakin' sweet, in my most humble opinion

- Aerith death.
- WEAPONs waking up.
FFVIII:
- Intro.
- Various FMV featuring Edea.
- The FMVs during when the Balamb and Galbadia Gardens clash.
FFIX:
- Any FMV involving a summon, Kuja, or the Black Waltz.
FFX:
- Any FMV involving Sin.
FFXII:
- Can't remember too much from this game, but Vayne's transformation was awesome.
