FFVII Fan-Games?

Hi all,
I was wondering how many fully completed playable FFVII Fan-Games, Mods are out there?

i've come across two awesome ones thus far called: AVALANCHE & Midgar (v3.0), which inspired me to create a website dedicated to FFVII Fan-Games.

let me know if you know of any other awesome fan-games / mods!! im sure others would like to know as well if this hasn't already been a topic.

I've played Avalanche before, although without a controller it's ridiculously hard. Plus I never really gave the game much chance, I only got ten or so minutes in. As for Midgar, I've never played it.

There were some fan games I've bumped into on my time on de webz and I highly doubt there still around anymore. Might be worth a check searching around just in case.

If you search around places that use RPG Maker you may bump into a few more fan based as well.

Cool thx will do!! you should def check out Midgar!! =) you may have to purchase Jedi Knight PC game if you don't already have it, since this one is a Mod. Totally worth it! and may get even better with co-op, and pvp gameplay which is all supported!

That link I posted in the other post will need RPG Maker to run IIRC, although it's free, and linked on the page.

Fan made sequel (it's still unfinished so it's only a demo. I think...)

It's the year 2007.

New Corel a bustling city built to shelter the survivors of the original Corel fire and the refuges from Midgar's Upper Plate, is the socialist utopia that anyone would love to live in.

Despite it's utopian status, some people seem to be unhappy with the status of New Corel and what the government are doing to tackle the enviromental problems caused by the ShinRa regime.

No one else can see a need for terrorism... But apparentlya new generation of a well known organisation see the need.

FEATURES:

- RTP Independency, meaning you do not need to own RPG Maker XP to play the game.
- Materia and Limit Break systems, helping to bring the classic qualities of FFVII back to life.
- Original characters, creating a fangame that doesn't revolve around one of the pre-established Square-Enix characters.
- Currently a 30+ minute demo that shows the introduction to the story, namely Chapter 0.

Quexinos put Cloud and Seffiros into The Sims, does that count? if not, she also made a Cloudmagotchi, I think.

There's also text-based RPGs based on the FF(VII) universe out there. Technically, you could call those games too.
