Yeah, honestly I'm not sure if I could tell you whether I ever definitively thought the blood was from the bodies or Jenova. I feel like I leaned Jenova because of the huge amount right in front of the containment chamber (even though I know a dude is there).
I think I'm most pleased with putting the gashes back in the wall, that was one of my favorite elements that I missed in Remake.
