There is a frequently changing library of them on Hulu. Watched "Lord of War" on there a while back. "The Adventures of Baron Munchausen" too. Not sure what exactly is on there right now, but I know there is a lot. You don't need the pay version of Hulu either, just to be clear.

Youtube has a bunch of free films. Granted, I don't think any are interesting. Nosferatu is there, and a hilarious film made in something like the 1950s to discourage people from getting STIs / having sex in general.
