I didn't know such remake existed.Has anyone played through this? So tempted to buy a nes to experience this game in 8bit. I guess the dialogue is different because it says "advent children" version... anyone shed some light on this?

The Advent Children version is the modding community's overhaul of the original unauthorized game, and includes more accurate translations, updated sprites, and probably some other stuff.

i havnt used emulators and roms in forever. they used to hose up my pc. rom sites seemed to have more ads and spyware than porn sites lol

also, whats the compatability with win 7?

No idea... I only recently found out about the game myself, and haven't had time to try it out yet. But the mod was done in 2011 or so. Win 7 came out in 2009. I'd imagine it'd run ok on it.

is it full game length? equivalent to 3 discs? I dont think those cartridges can hold that much.

I use to just get roms for games that were impossible to find for under 300 dollars like chrono trigger before all the re-releases. earthbound i just bougth of nintendo e-shop for 9 bucks on the wii u

As far as I know, it's the full game. Games don't take up nearly as much space when you're dealing with 8-bit graphics and music.
