First look at Cloud in OVA?

Here's a picture of the 4/24 issue of Famitsu. Not much new except for that picture at the bottom left. I can't remember seeing a picture of Cloud in the OVA yet, but I may have just missed it. And who's that person standing in the back? Any guesses?

Imo, the hair and the suit look like Tseng, but at the same time I wanna say Reeve, even thought he doesn't have long hair.

lol That's Reeve. Other screens have shone him to have pretty long hair in the OVA. Also it can't be Tseng because Tseng isn't in Case of Denzel. XD

It went down to his shoulders in the back.
So he really doesn't look much different here than he did in DC.
