I mean, almost every Final Fantasy main character is capable or worthy to wield Mjolnir given their heroics and character development. I could see literally any "Warrior of Cosmos" being given temporary permission to wield Thor's Hammer in the right situation.
Special mention goes to Lightning given her name, elemental affinity, willingness to sacrifice her existence and being the closest a main character has been to being a literal Goddess in their story.
Noctis would also certainly fit the bill. So would Zack and any member of Class Zero.
