Ultros, followed by Kefka, then Gilagmesh. Quina is probably #4, although Steiner from the same game gives him a run for his money.

Yeah, Kefka, Ultros, and Gilgamesh have to be the funniest FF villains out there. They're definitely next to Quina on my list of funniest FF characters.

Snow and Squall are funny?

Snow occasionally does idiotic things that are funny, such as forgetting to cover his l'Cie mark in front of a crowd, or foolishly rushing Barthandelus whenever he appears.

Squall has his snarky comments, such as "I dreamt I was a moron."

Kefka is the funniest as far as I'm concerned, but Ultros is a close second. Man, I forgot how hilarious FF6 was.

Sazh made me a laugh a lot too.

Ultros. Although several other characters are funny, pretty much every interaction with Ultros, he is a bit silly and absurd and stuff.

This amongst many other reasons is why Quina is the funniest character. Every single time Quina is onscreen expect hilarity to happen.

Gilgamesh, followed by Balthier.

Balthier is one of the few characters who are funny without being goofy. There's nothing wrong with being goofy of course, but I imagine it's harder to translate straight wit like Balthier.

Both really. You'll notice I've included intentionally funny characters(such as Quina) amongst unintentionally funny characters(such as Exdeath).

Quina and his/her totally randomness in the whole story. s/he is a optional character up to eleven, imo. s/he care nothing about the story, s/he just think about food and that's all. i think s/he doesn't really care about the other characters too. oh, and don't forget his/her suicide attempt in Treno, when s/he almost drown(knowing that) because s/he was hungry and doesn't wanted to pay for food
