So, All-New X-Factor dropped one of the first hints of this version of the future coming to pass. Spider-Verse leading into the final issues of Spider-man 2099 lead directly into these events with Maestro and his technology that have apparently given him a route of surviving the Incursion, and the last issue of Hulk gives some details on the how & why about Maestro's existence comes to take place with Extremis slowly devolving his psyche from Doc. Green into the murderous individual that he is.
With everything that got shown in Spider-man 2099 I'm already hooked on the storyline, but Ruby Summers looking like she's gonna be significantly involved with it has me even more excited.
