Pleased to join such an awesome group of people!! I've written a little intro in.... http://thelifestream.net/forums/showthread.php?t=18645 thread, so I won't really repeat myself....

BUT HELLOOOO!!!!!

I've been on a huge binge of listening to the podcasts & love that I understand the level of nerdom and fit in with you guys!!!

I boast having been interviewed for a show down here called 42 Geek Street based on my FFVII collection of figures, statues, books and all that is awesome in the FFVII world! It's my claim to fame but was shattered at how much the interview got cut down & with not having been able to prepare for it, spoke completely off the fly & would love to have my time again and answer better! I may find the link if anyone would be interested... but it does not show my whole collection. Maybe I could make a thread in time showcasing my lovelies!!

Yes Ghost X, yes you are correct, Octo is also right on the money... Where are you guys? Are you Australian or internationals?

The proverbial shit has hit the fan and higher government has booted him and his council out in the past week or two LOL!!!! Whoever would have thought there would be bullying, harrasment and intimidation in Government right?

Anyways, that's another story.

RedFFWolf, yeah I'm sure that's me The interviewer is dressed up as Aeris. It's a short interview & I was spewing that the main dude who was behind the camera didn't exactly edit in the more prestigious stuff.... and the link to the other thread.... My jaw dropped!!!! Rhadamante's pictures almost gave me a heart attack!!!

I just missed out on an opportunity to purchase the "Holy Grail" being the Sculpture Arts statue of Aeris.... I've just gained paid employment again and it was 2 days before where an opportunity to purchase this masterpiece was on offer for I think it was just under $1100 AUD, I said/asked my wife, if I start getting paid, can I buy it?! Sure enough... it sold! The seller dropped a few hundred $USD off of it which someone else must have been watching keenly too.... The search continues but yes, I will get some pics up soon I hope. We've shifted house recently too so I need to get my display cabinets filled again!

I thought you came across really well in your interview! But it is a shame about that glaring light on the cabinet; it's pretty intense, all right.

Thanks RedFFWolf, thanks heaps for that . I'll try put some time towards getting all my gear out & take some fresh photos then upload them to the appropriate thread this weekend, being a long weekend. I'm juuuuuust about at the end of the 3rd disc of FFIX so I want to smash it out to finish the story, then go back before the point of no return and do some extra stuff with the Moogle Central & the rest of the Chocobo forrests & treasures. SOOOO CLOSE TO THE END!!!

Unfortunately, I never did finish IX back in the day & in one of the pod casts there was a particular spoiler about a character that took me by complete surprise, but I guess it's my own fault for not having finished IX all those years ago.

Tell me, I may have just not searched enough, but is there a thread on the forum per podcast to discuss points? I had something I wanted to share if I could work out the appropriate podcast which my input applied to.
