I think they would have if they were going to since those games have been out for years now. 
Edit: Plus they would have to completely remake the games to fit the DS graphic standards etc etc.

Yeah but they should do it now anyway. It's not fair for PSP to get CW if DS doesn't get the psp games too. It's all about give and take :3
