How does NORG talk in Japanese?

In English, he talks in a very strange way, speaking in ALL-CAPS-WITH-DASHES-IN-BETWEEN-EVERY-WORD, usually uttering weird things like "Bujururu" or "Fushifuru" before and/or after each of his sentences. I'm wondering how he speaks in Japanese, especially if it's in an odd way, so I can maybe get a better idea of why he speaks in such a peculiar way in English.

In Japanese he talks like this:

- He has 「・」 in between words
- Uses things like 'bujururu'
- Sometimes says things in an unusual way (ダーマされだ [daamasareda] instead of だまされた [damasareta] or じて [jite] instead of して [shite])

It just makes her sound like she has a foreign accent.

English, American English in particular, is such a casual language that it simply can't make use of all the different masculine/feminine/formal/informal speech patterns Japanese has. Most of that gets shifted over to body language and people's appearance and other non-language stuff.

I've always taken it as the rumbling sound produced when he's roaring in anger or something.
