I has a glitch?

My notification says I have 1 Unread Visitor Message, but I actually don't. Everytime you click on that notification, you automatically go to the unread message/s, right?

Well, I keep clicking mine and there's no new message. And when a new message comes, it says 2 Unread... but 1 remains unread. Normally, when you do this, both messages become Read, and the notifications are cleared.

I think this may have something to with me accidentally posting a VM to myself and deleting it.


I don't know why this is bothering me, but it is. Help, please? KTHXBAI

ok, that probably has nothing to do with it but worth askin all the same.
Had this problem when accessing the site from the library though.
Try deleting temp files and cookies and re-logging in.

Well, I already tried re-logging just a while ago. TLS told me all the cookies were deleted too.

When I logged back in, it was still there.


But I'll try deleting temp files. Thanks

I actually have this problem with my msn. It tells me I have 2 unread emails but there's nothing there, and now it won't alert me when a new email comes in.

I'm using the latest version of IE and Firefox too. I think.

Maybe they're also wank? I'm using IE8 because it loads pages faster than Firefox though.

No, it isn't 2D. I've never browsed for stuff so fast on IE before. In fact, I hated IE for being so slow. I downloaded Firefox and it was faster, and I stuck with it until ver. 3. I downloaded IE8 just for the heck of it, but when I tried it, it was a whole lot faster than Firefox.


And there's no deleted stuff folders here Anyway, it was a deleted VM, which I deleted myself. I can't undelete it D;

It must be different for people then.

I still use Firefox for other browsing, but I use IE8 for posting on forums and watching on streaming sites. It just really loads faster. I've seen it outdo Firefox on two computers, one on a laptop with wireless, and one on this PC.

I'm just annoyed at the way .gifs look in IE. It also doesn't have the awesome right-click shortcuts of Firefox.


And no, there is no deleted folder... DDDD; Even in my PMs.

Nah, it's still been like that all day. Two days actually I think.

It probably got screwed up when I added the usernotes as visitor messages. Go to your user control panel and see if clicking on the link displayed there gets rid of it.

I find no such link.


I only have the usual things on the side menus... and my thread subscriptions.
