Was in North Queensferry the other day, Scotland...Gave me Junon vibes so I took this picture. A subtle use of the cropping tool allowed me to present a picture that looks like it could have been taken in the 19th century. Zoom out a little and you'd be slapped back into the 21st century.

I like the mood in this one...very noir.

Was walking along the beach of Dysart and came across the remains of a poor crab. So I gathered up what was left of him along with some shells and took a moody picture. On my way back to the harbour an old man was sitting smoking a pipe. He asked me what I was doing and I told him what I've just said here with a mournful ad on that the crab was a tad hollow. He took a deep inhalation from his pipe then thought about it for a second then said,

'' We awww get hollowed oot in the end sssson ''

I think my reply was something along the lines of...''......Jeezis...''

I don't doubt the old Dysart man's wisdom but needless to say I left him to it.
