So I saw this a while ago on the Square Enix JP forums while it was on going, and at the time it was Lightning leading, with Yuna, Aerith and Tifa close behind for the top four, then it was Christmas and the New Year and I kind of forgot about it with the holidays and all but today while browsing I was reminded of it again. This was the sister/companion thing to the one Danseru posted about sometime at the end of last year :)

I like the picture they used for Aerith, she's so pretty ^_^

Kind of still kind of surprised and quite impressed she did so well though - apparently according to one of the articles she was even giving Lightning a run for her money by the end :pinkmonster: Same for Celes topping Terra/Tina, didn't expect that to happen either! :monster:

Actually, I kind of expected all the super annoying ones. Selphie, Rikku, et. al.

But that does explain all the attention Lightning gets :)

In a way, I'm not at all surprised to see the rankings on this poll, either. But still, I'm glad to see Celes and Terra on there, and so high, too. There needs to be more love, if not appreciation, for the heroines of FFVI. :)

I am glad our girl Aerith is up there in second place.I know people might think her personality is boring because they only seen her purity sue persona in other video games but I can say in the original game that girl had spice.She might have been sweet at times but she also had a fiesty,strong willed spirit.Not to mention she could just be a tease at times.

I'm sorry that Maria from II isn't on the list. She's cool.

Though, I am happy Aerith and Tifa are on the list. Same with Yuffie! Celes and Terra too. ^_^

** I haven't played FFII to know enough about Faris, and the only time I played FFT I was, like, thirteen year old and I never even seen a game like that. I thought it was just going to be another game like FFVII, well I got my ass handed to me so hard that I ragequit and the game gave me emotional scars.
