they posted the news at the same time they implemented it. It's about the Dutch court suing them for posting too much pirated stuff. PirateBay thank god is immune to this.

btjunkie.org and isohunt.com

I've always used them more than mininova and piratebay anyway. I would certainly kill something if isohunt went down, it's really good.

...where am I going to download my newly released anime now? :sadpanda:

Wait. Are fansubbed anime considered pirated anime thingies? :O Have I been pirating without knowing?

And I actually liked Mininova better than all the other torrent sites. It's not heavy on ads (or at least they're placed somewhere where they don't get in the way), it's straight-forward, and there are a lot of user comments to look at to see if you're downloading the right episode or if there's a virus or if it's accidentally Spongebob porn...

...bye, Mininova. Now I have to put my trust in Tokyotoshokan...

We've logged your IP address and have sent it to the feds, thou shalt not speak of sites whose (il)legality is disputed.

Speaking of, IsoHunt has gone to court as well, asking for the judge to rule whether its activities are legal or not. If the court says they're not illegal (as isohunt is just a search engine), then the Canadian copyright companies have nothing they can do about it. (as it's hosted in Canada.)

Yeah thanks for the help, Cthulhu. Let's bring Emma to justice for speaking about sites.

Yes, such talk should not be permitted, neither on here, nor anywhere.

While on the subject, all discussions on Bush being not such a good president or his getting into office being debatable at best are hereby deemed illegal, under penalty of defenestration.

Aren't they always going to court? I don't look at the news page much (iso can be set as a search engine with a keyword in Mozilla :awesome:) but everytime I've looked in the past few years it's talked about companies trying to sue them, take them to court etc.
