This is Dead By Daylight, Dragonball Edition.
It's an asymmetrical team multiplayer game where a party of "survivor" players work together to escape/overcome a boss/raider/monster player character who is extremely powerful and cannot be taken out alone.
This explains it clearly. The goal of the team of survivors is to escape the raider through either assembling the perfect TP Time Machine which undoes the damage caused by the Raider and rewrites time to before they invaded, or at least take a personalized Time Machine (akin to the one used by Future Trunks) and escape alive, leaving behind anyone else unable to make it to the lift off in time. The Raider's goal is to destroy the survivors and break their means of escape. They also evolve and get stronger.
And it doesn't just feature Cell. He's just the first one being featured. The game will include Frieza and Buu. And I have a feeling there will be others too, either as DLC or just add ons over time.
This is quite frankly, hype as hell, and I'll be getting it on release
These types of games are wicked fun to play with a group of friends and some of the most intense online only experiences.
