Now that ACC's been released, what's next for the compilation?

How long till another spinoff pops up?

2-3 years proly, that's how I interpret Nomura's "don't expect it any time soon".

If it's a FFVII remake they want to pull off (or a similar full FF game), it'll be at least three years until they announce it (that is, if they've only just started development), and at least five - or possibly more - until it's completed.

but, if you want my diagnosis...give or take three years, then delay the project by a couple years, then released.

Nah, I think Nomura said that since Cloud was young, they could still continue his story. So it might happen after DoC.

Either a FF7 remix or a new story, I'd be interested. But then, the gameplay for the new story would have to be good - I wasn't interested in DoC because of the gameplay, which simply doesn't fit my gamer interests. XD

This has been discussed and refuted in another thread, . Although I still wouldn't be surprised if SE would do that.

In truth, the stars will align in the Chaosphere, Cthulhu shall awaken, and pwn the shits out of everyone. Jenova came from the Stars as well, and is actually a lesser Great Old One. A Not-So-Great Old One, then .

But nah, it seems that Denzel, although he wishes to be a hero like Cloud, can't be one because it's not that kind of heroes that will be needed in the future. That's what I got as impression. But let's bet he'll still try hard

Cthulhu should be like an epic boss battle. They just throw him in there for no real reason. Really it'd be a better villain then most of the last few games offered.

hmm well lets just say cthulhu thrown in would be a change of pace from sephiroth who they overkilled time after time in ff7 and adv c, then he is shown for a split second in DoC, to have seph be the villian again would be just. no lol. too much of a good thing is bad >
