I have spoken to TresDias (Hawkeye) about the potential of his returning to staff and he has stated that while he cannot be certain his schedule will permit him to maintain his current level of activity at the forums, he would nonetheless be willing to return to staff. I have discussed this with the rest of the staff but before we go through with adding him back we want to discuss it with the members to make sure doing so would not cause problems with the member base.
There is at least one other person we may consider adding back to staff as well, but I have yet to discuss this with them to see if they are even interested. This will, like Tres's potential re-addition, be discussed with members before it happens.
Our main reasoning for considering adding former staff members is that our response time to post reports has gone up. Way up. Adding more people to staff would reduce our response time, especially at odd hours of the night.
