Well, the scenes look good nevertheless :). Just a few comments / remarks though:

* The weather wasn't optimal for pictures, it seems - all the pictures look hazy. I don't know if it's ever clear there though, so it might not be possible.

* Some of the pictures are overlighted (or whatever the English term is for that). Do you have a camera with a diaphragm thingy or just a run-off-the-mill digital camera? If the former, play around with it some more, if the latter, try to find the point where there's too much light coming into your lens, or if your camera allows it, lower the lighting time or sensitivity (i.e. the ISO value, iirc)

I was there just once, this summer. And it was indeed a bit misty up in the mountains. So I don't really know how's the weather there usually.

And overlighting comes from light textures I use in PS..-) I kinda like the effect too.

Woah! That's awesome! I've always wanted to go to Europe.
Thanks. ^_^

And what countries interest you the most? Europe is quite diverse for such a relatively small place xd;

...

New pics! :awesome:

This time it's the town of Nafplio:
Nafplion (Modern Greek: Ναύπλιο, Nafplio) or Nauplion (Greek: Ναύπλιον, Naupliοn) is a seaport town in the Peloponnese in Greece that has expanded up the hillsides near the north end of the Argolic Gulf. The town was the first capital of modern Greece, from 1829 to 1834. Nafplion, with a population of (13,822) is the capital of the prefecture of Argolis and the province of Nafplion.

I'm not a photographer, so I can't really critisise anything. I think all of it looks really good. I quite like the Nafplio pictures.

Thank you. ^_^
Im not a professional photographer, so Im not looking for a professional criticism.

A few pics from Kastoria, a really pretty town in northern Greece:

I wish I could photograph swans too, but unfortunately my camera's battery died in the most unwanted moment.

From wiki:
Kastoria (Greek: Καστοριά, Kastoriá, IPA: [ˌkasto̞ɾˈja]) is a city in northern Greece in the periphery of West Macedonia. It is the capital of Kastoria Prefecture, located at
40°31′00″N 21°16′00″E / 40.516667°N 21.266667°E / 40.516667; 21.266667. The town's population is estimated as some 20,660 people (1991 census). It is situated on a promontory on the western shore of Lake Orestiada, in a valley surrounded by limestone mountains. The town is known for its many Byzantine churches, Ottoman-period domestic architecture, and trout.

My grandpa was from Greece, so it's really nice to see some pictures from there. :)
I think they all look beautiful, and I love the colors.

Lucrecia banner. :awesome:
I wanted to make something like this for awhile, but couldn't find suitable stock image... and I'm still not entirely pleased how it turned out.
Lucrecia here symbolize starlight that shines through the night. xd;

Translation from Sindarin (if anyone is interested...:hohum:)
From darkness I understand the night:
dreams flow, a star shines
Ah! I desire Evenstar

Look! A star rises out of the darkness
The song of the star enchants my heart
Ah! I desire...

Aerith banner... Not really pleased with this one though. It's hard to work with this pic of Aerith, even more so trying to blend it with a stock pic.

Shalua banner. She's one of my most favorite characters ever. Love her personality and she's very pretty too.

Damn, I loved this scene so much! Sephy just standing there over the Edge... brrr... creepy and awesome!
I wanted to make a colored banner, but the screenap had to much cyan in it, so I made it b/w. Still looks good I think.

Gorgeous stuff in here! I really like the Aerith and Tifa edit in the church. <3

I'm very fond of the Shaula banner, too.

I saw your Ghost of a Rose sig on TNC and haven't been able to stop "*O*"ing at it. It's really lovely!

Aerith and Tifa watching over Mari. ^_^

Rydia banner. Made this for a friend. Don't really like it myself (to much lightning effects for my tastes :awesome:). Anyway...

see, and I was just going to compliment your use of lighting effects.

Forgive me for asking (because you've probably already stated earlier in the posts) but what program do you use? Assumption is photoshop - but sometimes people surprise me.
