Officially now, I've had a newfound fanboy love for Jecht. Tidus' dad, not only is he a good role model, but he's got the looks I wish to attain one day. Plus he's got a drinking problem like me.

ANYWAY, I think the new designs for Jecht are totally awesome. Also, they made him look cool in the game and in fighting style alone.


Anyone a fan of Jecht, the crybaby Tidus' dad?

I hope Dissidia somewhat made some PROMOTIONS to his character. Has good potential too, even though his time is limited in X, Dissidia somewhat opened more on him and his relationship with his crybaby son.

I haven't looked up Tidus's storyline yet. (I'm trying to stay spoiler-free for once... But I'll probably break down before it comes out in the US.)

I'm just glad they chose to use Jecht instead of Seymour.

Seymour would require Yuna. Since this is about X and not X-2, I'm just glad Jecht came along so I can experience the manliness that is in this discipline daddy.

Jecht is amazing! SO count me in. He was actually one of the only FFX characters I liked, haha. Well, besides the obvious Auron and Rikku.

To be honest, I first hated Jecht at the beginning of FFX. It really doesn't try to showcase any of his better qualities.

But as I got more Jecht spheres and saw how Jecht changed and became a better person, he definitely became one of my favorites.

I like his US voice actor too. I really hope he returns for Dissidia cause I would love to hear his lines in that deep, gravely, angry/drunken father voice.

His sword is badass too.

As father and son, they suffer together. xD But I agree, you'd think that for that reason there would be more Jecht love...
Though. I admit that I can't stand Tidus. At all.

His English voice actor was amazing, and I would be really disappointed if they didn't get him back. He's probably the only English VA I've preferred vastly over the Japanese one.

What about his dark armor form? He's still the same guy, just a different outfit.

But I still wish they would have Jecht in Kingdom Hearts. Even if it's just a small little cameo with Tidus...
