He's been AWARE of the problem for awhile now, he mentions it a lot. The problem is more that he has the complete wrong idea as to the source of that problem, not that he thinks everything is hunky-dory (...how do you spell that?)

Really now. Only way to make a succesful MMO these days is to make it targetted at Koreans or to have infinite budget, time, and the right people working on it. FFXIV had neither, .
