It's exciting and it's thrilling and it's not particularly threatening because it's not overtly sexual."

He further explains, "A lot of the physical side of it is conveyed in things like the vampire will touch her forearm or run a hand over skin, and she just flushes all hot and cold. And for girls, that's a shorthand for all the feelings that they're not ready to deal with yet."

I glad I've never bothered with the books due to the fact that I'd never even heard of them or her before talk of the movie... I'm just ashamed I've seen the flick lol.

Twilight would be better without the love story IMHO. I find myself caring more about the minor characters than Edward and Bella, who annoy the crap out of me by the way.

No not really an action film per say. i just...find myself wishing that Edward and Bella would just gtfo and make room for the better characters.

I can imagine, bella being a hot 24 something but is playing a teenager, and meets a hot 30 something guy, named Edward and during edward's introduction, there will be pyrotechnics in the distance, followed by a guitar solo.






Well if this film was directed by Michael Bay anyway.

Agreed. My sister was going to let me read It(she got the book for Christmas), but she changed her mind at the last minute. So I'll read Salem's Lot instead.

But honestly, Twilight is just... awful. The Twilight fangirls can be compared to the Jonas Brothers fangirls; except, Twilight is fictional and the Jonas Brothers aren't.
