He never really got his act together, in the game he's nervously swiping it back constantly, fearing the 'do would return. In AC he wears a blanket over his head. Cearly it was very traumatic, that haircut.

There's a lot of hair which is less in your face weird but still stupid. I nominate Lucretia. Those bangs are impossible and the toilet paper she wraps round her equally impossible ponytail keeps unravelling.
