I wonder if this means the others will be joining it, though. S3 was pretty good (although I hear 4 was kinda meh).

With games like the Suikoden series and Persona, Sony is making a very serious push for my JRPG fix, which has been neglected over the years due to companies like SE refusing to make them anymore.

I've played it halfway through on an emulator once, but then the game broke and all the other characters (all character sprites) were invisible, and I didn't have an older save game or anything. Phail .

I could get it, I guess, but I'm somehow sure it'll end up being one of those games I never play or finish .

You shouldn't, really, but Suikoden I isn't a very long game so playing it first shouldn't really be a problem.

Yeah, it is. You should also be able to use your save file from Suikoden I to start Suikoden II, which will net you an extra character (or two if you recruited everyone).

I said "a couple of weeks" but I'll probably only leave it up for ten days or something. Idk.

Ah guys now I know why I've never really heard of these... the series has never been widely available in Europe. The original I and II were released way back when but I don't think it sold very well.

Also neither Suikoden I or II is available on the European PSN right now. Until January. So neither of these has been available for us EU folks since 2000 when Suikoden II was initially released.
