We've chosen to keep custom user titles for some level of fuckery (please don't take the piss)
When it comes to the AKA field can everyone please choose one well known name? Something short that'll fit in one line next to AKA that everyone knows you by (have a look at Yop for an example). The AKA field can be edited in Account Details (click on your mini image at the top right, then account details).
