This is my own mythology based on the Lifestream from FFVII/Compilation of FFVII, Kingdom Hearts from the KH series, and, if anyone else here is a SM original anime fan, the Sailor Soldier Wars from Sailor Moon franchise. It also has some of the mythologies from the Pokemon anime franchise, FFX(which is also now the other main reason of the SM continuum's creation) and FFXIII trilogy.
(Note: I changed the colour text for the Mythology so that no one can get their eyes injured)It also triggers 8,000 years after Earth's first Ice Age(in the Solar Universe which is rather a bit behind the KH/FFVII/FFVIII universe until after the War).
But let's focus on Kingdom Hearts and the Lifestream. First off, this is similiar to the supposed same universe as FFVII with FFX, and after the first boot of FFX, humans from Spira appeared in Gaia, which it's heart, the true Kingdom Hearts, and it's pure life energy blood, the Lifestream, guided them there for a new life after SIN and the one who beckoned it(I'm thinking it's Yunalasca who was renamed Jenvoa by Scientests 2,000 years later), destroyed Spira 1,000 after the events of FFX.
Fast forward after my version of FFVII with FFVIII, and my version of the Advent Children trilogy, 3,000 after Meteorfall, the Chaos that returned to the Planet with Omega by Vincent, with the darkness of Nero from Dirge of Cerberus, has gone mad and since then returned to the world, forming into a being of it's own which is also the same Chaos who fought against the Sailor Guardians before the time of Silver Millinium of SM.
It then focues on the two storylines-the Sailor Guardians and Galaxia's past, and the War of Light and Darkness for the X-Blade and Kingdom Hearts of KH X(Chi)/Unchained X. Cosmos, the Goddess of Harmony and ruler of the Realm of Light where both universe-the Solar Universe(Sailor Moon's universe) and the Kingdom Hearts universe(of Spira and the Lifestream), and other universes that are within the Realm of Light-has guardians-including Galaxia-to team up with newly chosen Keyblade wielders.
The two Wars are both the same, as the Light is of Cosmos, and the Darkness is of Chaos who has taken control of one of the five Foretellers and the Sixth Apprentince, causing the predicted future of the Tome of Propeciy(sorry for the spelling mistake), to come true, causing the X-Blade to be shattered, Kingdom Hearts to sleep within the Darkness, and the Lifestream to vanish which is sleeping within Radiant Garden in the present day, despite Galaxia's efforts to stop Chaos all together.
The lights within the hearts of young children then recreate the worlds, including a new Spira and a new Gaia in the same time-period, where the history of Spira somewhat repeats itself, but with a differenace within one of the prequal titles of "Sailor Moon Continuum" while Galaxia sends her Star Seed to Earth, triggering the events of the first five seasons of SM.
In the meantime new Keyblade wielders who have survived form a promise to prevent history of the war repeateding itself, but the story of the war gave interest to Xehanort, triggering the events of the KH storyline, and the protagonists of FFVII/Compilation of VII, FFX and FFVIII are all reborn, just like the SM characters.
In the meantime, the Lifestream would also one day be shown once more.
It also aids Sorcerers such as Clow Reed from CCS and Arceus from PKM to aid in this goal, and creating worlds based on powerful books of Fairytales and magic, triggering the PKM anime and CCS, with some other storylines.
In my fanbase, I've also slightly altered the Mythology and storyline of FF Type-0 and added that into the rebirth part.
If you guys don't like this, please let me know. I'm a crazy fan of SM, CCS, PKM, (and admittedly Rugrats, Shrek, Ice Age, POTC and Disney), KH, FFVII/Compilation of FFVII, FFVIII, and FFX, and I admittly liked the Mythology of the Lightning Trilogy despite it's sucky storyline.
The storylines and Mythology of FFXIV is the next thing on my list of my SM Continuum. My only fan account is the FF.N account. Sorry.

- I know from my own experience the joys of continuity. My major FanFic project takes two years after the end of each FF game (VII, VIII, IX, X), and there's always different ideas coming into my head as to what happened between those years. Of course, mine has a pretty definitive ending to the piece, but the in-between bits are fascinating to expound on.
