So this movie was supposed to release next month but it has been delayed to August 2, 2019 (this is the second delay too, at first it was February 2019).

Well, it looks like some as-of-yet-unknown disaster is going to occur to the film industry on August 28th to prevent The New Mutants from being released, so mark your calendars.
