There's apparently a boss battle right at the cervix with some random levitating chick shooting laser beams that make the floor underneath cancerous.

I played it, I forget what disease is in the cervix, but the next lvl is some guys balls. you need to kill a public lice next and near the end you get swarmed by lice, and then sperm starts raining down from the sky.
next lvl is your in some guys ass, who is gay cause he has stars inside his ass, and there's sperm. you then run into AIDS who looks like some guy with skinny arms/legs and a skull mask. you cant kill him, so you run back through the lvl with him chasing you screaming "AIDS AIDS AIDS AIDS AIDS AIIDDSS!!"

Then I stopped playing.
