We have a new page. Someone should add it to one of the menu categories, maybe Community. I'll make a nearly identical front page post once I can find an appropriate featured image.

^ That reminds me, would it be possible to have those follower/like counts auto-update somehow? I'm sure the information can be obtained somehow, maybe through an API. I understand if it's too much work though. I can try to remember to update the page manually, while the front page post already has a disclaimer that the information was accurate once :)

I have some ideas, but, cba, :monster:. Doesn't tumblr offer like a social network / sharing button or something?

Good news: in the two days after I wrote and published the front page post with our social network details, we received 21 new "likes" on Facebook :) We've had a total of 38 in 10 days since then, which is well above our average, which is probably around three per week, less than one every other day. Did you guys who run the Twitter, Google Plus and Tumblr pages notice any increases?

Could everyone invite their friends to like the facebook page?... well anyone you think would be interested. Theres a box at the top of the page says "invite friends"

Could those responsible for the Facebook and Tumblr page make a small post linking them to the FF7 Movie Project that S and G is writing for?

Here's the link to their Facebook page which contains links to other resources.

I'm also going to write a front page post about them if no one else has any objections?

S and G (I presume) already shared that on the TLS Facebook page. I "liked" it as the page, but I'm not sure if that actually puts it in anyone's news feed, so today I re-shared it.

How should I reply? He seems like a real person, rather than a spambot, but I'd obviously prefer to keep the management of our Twitter page in-house. He makes a point about it not being updated very frequently, though. Perhaps I should encourage him to sign up here if he wants to help us out :)

I agree with this. We will feel safer if trust can be established over the period of at least a few weeks.

Yeah, that would be a good move. This can be a good opportunity if it's legit.

By the way, great work with the site, guys. I'm on a long ass deployment and I don't get to pop in as much as I'd like, but yeah, I'm proud of everyone.

Yeah, tell him to sign up. Failing to keep the Twitter updated is my bad, I can spam some posts on there and G+ today :monster:

It would be good to have someone take the Twitter and G+ eventually, I often forget about it when I'm busy doing other stuff here.

Yeah, definitely don't give this fellow access to our account until we've gotten to know him and whatnot. Is it possible to give temporary, non-admin rights to a twitter account?

Nope, it's just the usual username/password fare, no fancy options for account priviledge :monster:
