The Rules:

• Nominations will run from today, Monday, December 2, until whatever time on Friday, December 13 I close them. I figure nominations are likely to take people more time than voting, so you will be given eleven days for nominations and a smaller amount for each round of voting (I have yet to decide whether there will be four rounds, as there were last year, or merely three, which, unlike four, divides evenly into forty-two, but I'm thinking three, because the remaining number of days in the month, eighteen, also divides evenly into three).
• You may make nominations for as many or as few categories as you like.
• You may nominate up to three people per category, except for "Best ship", for which you may nominate up to three couples/threesomes/whatever grouping of individuals you want.
• Anyone who is nominated will advance to the voting round, so nominating people who are already nominated is kind of pointless.
• "Best site contributor" means anyone listed as "Site contributor" or "Site director". "Best staff" means anyone listed as administrator, super moderator, or moderator. The list is here.
• PM your nominations to me.
• You may post your nominations here, but you must PM them to count. Disregard this; nominations were counted regardless of whether they were PMed or posted.
• Do not nominate yourself, please.
• I will update the nominations tally when I feel like it.
